The OG 10-round Workout

The Signature Rumble class launched in 2017 with our 10 round boxing-inspired and strength training format. Each 3 minute round includes HIIT (high intensity interval training) with active recoveries in between to maximize cardio-boosting benefits and results.

A first look at Rumble Boxing (for Free!!)

 

The Rumble Boxing INTRO class is perfect for first timers to experience the Rumble workout in a small group setting. You’ll start with a studio tour to meet our trainers, staff and state-of-the-art custom equipment. Your trainer will guide you through a pre-class to teach you everything you need to know & the fundamental 6 punches. Bump to specially curated playlists in a 6-round, 30-minute boxing and strength workout.

FUNDAMENTALS

Establish your Rumble foundation

 

Fundamentals is a simple but effective class to build confidence and basic understanding of boxing and strength training at Rumble. You’ll spend half the time learning boxing combos on our aqua-filled bags and half the time learning strength training techniques. This 10-round, 45-minute class is great for newcomers and those looking to get back into their fitness routine.

5V5 CLASS

Master endurance and elevate your conditioning

 

The innovative 5V5 class format focuses on one modality (boxing or strength) for 5 consecutive rounds. Hit 5 straight rounds on the bag side before a switch (just 1x!) to the floor side for 5 straight rounds of lifting and strength training.
